By using Suite Routes, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Suite Routes is operated by Suite Routes LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
2. What Suite Routes is
Suite Routes is an informational tool that helps you compare credit card rewards earning rates and identify how to route spending across cards you already have or are considering.
It is not financial advice. We are not financial advisors, tax advisors, or credit counselors. Nothing here is a recommendation to open, close, or carry a balance on any credit account. Decisions about credit are yours, and worth discussing with a qualified professional.
3. This is an early version
Suite Routes is in active development. Expect gaps, bugs, and features that change or disappear. It is provided as-is.
Important limitations right now:
- All data you enter is stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser data permanently deletes it. We have no copy and cannot recover it.
- There is no account system, no login, and no sync between your devices.
- Credit card reward structures change frequently. Verify current terms with the card issuer before making any decision. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it.
- Award availability and points valuations are estimates. They change constantly and are outside our control.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information — the recommendations are only as good as what you enter
- Verify card terms independently before applying for or using any card
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
5. Accuracy
We work hard to keep reward rates and program details current, and we'll correct errors when we find them. But card terms change without notice, program rules vary by cardholder, and your individual card terms always control.
Always confirm with the issuer before acting on anything you see here.
6. Affiliate relationships
We may earn a commission when you apply for a card through our links. This does not influence our rankings. Recommendations are ranked by value to you, and any affiliate link is attached afterward. 7. Intellectual property
The Suite Routes name, design, and content are ours. Data you enter is yours.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Suite Routes is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations are accurate for your specific circumstances.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suite Routes LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost points, missed rewards, denied credit applications, or travel costs.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Suite Routes LLC against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using it at any time and delete your local data through the app.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be announced.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
